Thanks for the answer on the podcast! I'm just now catching up. So I suppose there is no *quick* polite way of turning down extra work. It sure did sound polite coming from you both, so perhaps if I just explain my experience they will understand they are... um... barking up the wrong tree, so to speak ;)
